To avoid Azeus becoming too shabby, me and Andrew were discussing the idea of a housing audit system the other day and we both decided to put it in place. It will happen once a week on a Friday or Saturday and will consist of members of staff wondering round your houses and giving it a rating based on the checkpoints below. Each checkpoint is worth 1 MARK with your score being calculated from
Checkpoints:
-There must be at least 24 blocks of glass in the building (1)
-Storage must be adequately organised within chests and chests should be placed neatly (2)
-The building must be made to look nice ie instead of cobble, swap some of it out for marble or say, sandstone (3)
-It must NOT have any form of generators connected to the electricity grid (4)
-You must have not taken more of your fair share of water from the water supply (5)
-You mustn't use too much electricity, leaving others with very little electricity (6)
-There isn't to be more than 15 torches causing light pollution on a night (7)
-You must have not tampered with UnitedEnergy/UnitedWater utilities provided to you (
To pass the audit, you must have passed: 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8
If you fail the audit, you will have one week to repair it before the next audit or in failing this, you will be forced to move into temporary accommodation until you have passed the audit.
