People using TNT/ITNT/NUKES

Right. As it says in the spawn: "No TNT/ITNT/Nukes" and somebody directly disobeyed this rule. I come to my quarry to find this:

Whoever is responsible for doing this is going into jail and I WILL FIND OUT!
The sentence will be less if you own up in the comments below.

For once this wasn't me however this proves that we cant trust some people with power all admins< (less that admin) will be deoped and have creative removed and i will do some looking into this myself

I've now fully disabled fire spread, TNT ignition and blocked all ITNT/Nukes/TNT but I can't actually believe it got to that... Oh, and dynamite is blocked.
